This isnt Psychedelic Cumbia, only mexican cumbian and tropical beats
You are right, the selection isn't technically psychedelic cumbia - which is more related to Peru (also know as chicha) - however, Frente Cumbiero's approach to the genre as a musician and bandleader can definitely be labeled as such. On the other hand, most of the artists played on this set originate from Frente Cumbiero's home country Colombia.
